  • Once we come onboard, your property goes through a thorough inspection and you are provided with a property condition report. From there we figure the condition of your building, finances, quality of your leases, and come up with a plan of action to tackle any issues that could negatively affect your property.
  • We take care of the leasing and qualification of tenants to your standards. We use an extensive screening process to check for credit, criminal, eviction, and income. Our searches are done at the national level for better assurance of accuracy in your decisions. Whether it's Commercial or Residential, we make sure you have the information needed to make the right decision.
  • Our pricing and terms are flexible. Each property is different and require a different level of management. Depending on what your needs are, we will cater our services and pricing accordingly.
  • Repairs are scheduled and monitored at no additional cost. We can use one of our highly qualified vendors or we can use whichever company you feel comfortable with. The choice is yours.
  • All of your tenants will be contacted personally and informed of the new management structure in place. 
  • Communication is extremely important and we do everything possible to be available to our clients.  You can reach us quickly by phone or text.
  • We provide 24 hour emergency services. Anytime day or night, we are only a phone call away.
  • Every month you will receive a full financial report including an owner's statement, profit and loss, receipts breakdown, vendor expenses, delinquencies, current rent roll, security deposits, and unit expense report. At the end of the year you will also receive full financials so you can present them to your tax professional.
  • As part of our services, you will be surprised how many things are included. We do not believe in nickel and diming our clients. If issues come up that require a visit to the building department, code enforcement, or zoning, this is included in our fee. Furthermore, as your property manager, we tackle the management of larger projects at a reduced rate as a courtesy for hiring us to manage your properties.
  • Finally, we treat each property as if it were our own. Recommendations are made with the goal of maximizing profits and ensuring the best possible relationship with your tenants.
